Introduction
It’s not easy being a Queen.
People think that being a Queen is a glamorous life with no
responsibilities where life is one big party.
So far from the truth! As Queen
of the Fairies in the fairies I bear so much responsibility. I have no one to confide in – confiding in
the fairy realm could spell disaster and confusion within the fairies. So, I have decided to blog with mortals. Dearest mortals – it’s so refreshing and
comforting that I can “spill my guts” as you mortals say, in this blog space
and fantastically, I can get things off my chest that I can’t share anywhere
else, and my fairies stay safe and happy!
I am Titania, a very powerful fairy ruler. I expect that you will enjoy reading my thoughts and reflections, and that you will use them help to solve your own problems. I am sure that you will enjoy reading about me.

My Diary
I am sharing with you some entries from my diary. When I am
angry or upset, I like to write it all down, instead of taking out my anger on
someone else (especially Oberon my husband).
Dear Diary,
I am in India, I have befriended a mortal who is pregnant with a half mortal, half immortal child. She feels very alone, so of course, being the very caring and empathetic person I am, I have gone out of my way to be her friend. We have become very close friends. However, catastrophe has stuck! Our friendship was destined to be short lived, because today she died during childbirth. As her closest friend, I was there for her, and I feel like it is my duty to adopt the child into my family.
Dear Diary,
OMG. I don’t know exactly how to look after this child. Parenting is a whole new concept, but I am treating the child as if it was my own. However, this child is interfering with my ‘me time’. There is a point in the day when I need some time to myself, so I think that I am going to need a nanny! Seriously, I need a nanny.
Poor Oberon. He doesn’t have any understanding of my friendship with the child’s mother, or understand how much I have grown to love this little boy child. He has proposed that I give away the boy, but obviously, I have refused. The nerve of him! He wasn’t there, he didn’t experience the grief I felt when she died. He hasn’t had such a strong friendship with anyone in his life.
Now dear readers, you know how I came to be a mother. My little boy is lucky to be adopted into royalty, and he will be taken care of very well. I will love him forever.
